Position Description: • Deeply engage with 3rd party agency and test house on Environmental related testing, troubleshooting, clarification of regulatory requirement to meet project demand. • Co-work with ODM vendor and test house on ENV certificates for server product, ex: Energy star for computing server, EU Energy related Product, Japan JESL, EPEAT, TCO and China CECP/ CELP. • Product material/ substance compliance on EU RoHS and REACH Prop.65, BSMI RoHS and similar regulations. • Product chemical emission test and certificate. Work with 3rd party test house on Volatile Organic Compound validation. #### Position Requirements: • Familiarity with the Energy Efficiency related certificate, test instruments and test methods. Eg. ES, JESL, ERP, CELP… • Familiarity with product material/ substance compliance on EU RoHS and REACH Prop.65, BSMI RoHS and similar regulations. • Familiarity with Global ENV green management and certificate program, Eg EPEAT, VOC, TCO… • Skill for technical communication and conference meeting in English. • Understanding of server subsystems (CPU, memory, storage, network) and environmental conditions • Practical experience with Windows Server and Linux OS installation and administration • Hands on experience with Intel/AMD x86 server installation and configuration including add-in devices such as network adapters, host bus adapters, and NVMe storage devices • Familiarity with other compliance stuff, ex: Safety/ Environmental/ RF design and regulatory requirements.
