Your Role – International, Challenging and Future-Oriented! You will be a part of Business Unit Transmission Solutions, which is responsible for execution and completion of Grid Stations projects in line with time, cost, and quality requirements of the contract. Providing assistance and strategic advice to their Project Manager on all EHS related matters. Providing support to Business Unit EHS Manager for implementation of PM @ Siemens guidelines for the projects. Ensure implementation of Project EHS plan, Legal & regulatory requirements and have knowledge, certifications, experience and training to effectively supervise assigned responsibilities. Prepare EHS statistics for project and will present in Monthly EHS review committee meeting with BU Head of EHS and Client. Ensure implementation of EHS orientation/induction, Toolbox Talks, Trainings system specified in Project EHS plan. Ensure standardization & quality of training delivered to employees under EHS training Process. Prepare and ensure implementation of risk assessments/JSA on site specified in Project EHS Plan. Ensure implementation of PTW system at site specified in Project EHS plan. Ensure and coordinate with technical team that all actives are mentioned in PTW, and no activity will start without PTW. Inspect and audit site for monitoring assurance of implementation of EHS systems specified in Project EHS Plan, further, to support in BU EHS Audits and their implementation. Ensure implementation and compliance of environmental management plan (EMP) of Project. Ensure Immediate reporting system of potential unsafe act / conditions, accidents, incidents and near-miss that may cause severe injury to any person at site, damage to property and harm to environment. In case of any incident, conduct investigation and report the facts to BU EHS and Management further support in investigations conducted by BU / Country Level. Monitor and maintain data and information statistics on EHS activities. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! Degree in relevant technical, industry or EHS specific discipline 10+ years in a technical role, or association with EHS role in another industry Lead / EHS advisor experience with project / contract experience in relevant industry Excellent working knowledge with relevant legislation and regulations NEBOSH Certificate / Diploma (desirable) Lead auditor in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 (essential) Good planning and organizational skills Effective / competent MS Office Suite User Good communication skills What else do you need to know?
