What role will you play? Be part of Siemens family by integrating our Sustainable Energy & Infrastructure Technology team. Be incentivized to create innovation in the energy sustainability area. Work with consultants and business representatives in an international environment, for our projects in the sustainability and decarbonization area. Candidate will partner with all business units acquiring and executing research projects, performing sustainability assessments for energy systems and urban infrastructure, self-paced learning and on-job training. Work in an Agile environment, integrated in a multidisciplinary team. We are looking for: Bachelor/Master’s or PhD in Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, or similar. Knowledge about standards and regulations in the field of expertise. IT skills relevant for data analysis as well as experience with SimaPro, GaBi or other LCA software, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Python, and/or Matlab preferred.Fluency in English both written and oral (mandatory). Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels. She/he will develop methodologies for modeling of product and system life cycles. The systematic LCA-approach is applied with focus to infrastructure performance of cities and energy systems, along with the identification of ecological and economic focal points. Team-oriented spirit and be willing to integrate an international team. Be proactive, a technology knowledge seeker, work with a team and be able to solve problems. Self-motivation and be capable to motive the colleagues. The ability to work creatively. Know how to interact with all different kinds of teams.
