As an ambitious and inspiring Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you will manage an EHS&S team, providing clear direction and coaching for Environmental Protection, Health Management and Safety processes. You will also ensure compliance with Siemens Healthineers EH &S Regulations. If you were already working in this role, here are some of the things you would have done in your first few weeks: Observed execution of the EH&S Management System via reviews and KPIs and presented results and improvement proposals to the senior management team Acted as a point of expertise in environmental, health and safety matters, and provided sound and practical advice to various stakeholders Maintained the EHS Management System certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including the completion of audits and inspections Manage response to site emergencies and business continuity risks. To succeed in this EH&S Manager job, you will need experience in Environmental, Health and Safety, along with proven leadership skills. You will also require the following: NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum, ideally at Diploma level Several years experience as EH &S manager or in managing Eh&S projects Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 EH andS Management Systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
