We are representing a Government Entity in Hong Kong that is seeking for an Environmental Manager/ Senior Environmental Advisor to manage one of their upcoming energy projects.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills:
 

• Degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering or relevant
• 12+ years of Consultancy, Contractor or Client-side experience with local environmental regulations and environmental management systems
• You will be responsible with Environmental Permit (EP) for the Project, including implementation of relevant Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements, EP conditions and Environmental Monitoring & Audit (EM&A) programme;
• Reporting the Project Director, you are expected to oversee the liaison and communication with government authorities or external stakeholders / committees on environmental and supervise the development of Project Environmental Management Plans
• Those with professional qualification from HKIQEP / HKIEIA / HKIE or other recognised professional bodies will highly preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese is an advantage
