1) Teaching: deliver courses for students.
2) Research:
a. apply independently with Beijing University of Technology as the first unit, undertake or jointly apply with teachers in Beijing University of Technology, to provincial or ministerial level scientific research projects and gain a certain achievement.
b. publish at least 1 SCI paper or apply for one patent with Beijing University of Technology as the first institution.
c. assist in undertaking teaching tasks of the research group and guiding 1-2 undergraduates and 1-2 postgraduates.
3) Discipline construction: assist in the construction of research platform and Environmental Science and Engineering discipline evaluations, and other related work.
4) Public management & service:
a. assist the College in liaison work for graduated international students.
b. complete teaching tasks of the International Exchange and Cooperation and the Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs.
c.assist the College of Environmental Science and Engineering in the organization and development of relevant international exchange activities.
5) Others: other tasks from the university and college.
