Requirements/Qualifications:
l A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or a related field is required; a
master’s degree or higher is preferred.
l Teachers are required to have at least 2-years-full-time-experience in teaching.
l A recognized teaching certification, with a specialization in Environmental Social Science.
l Serves as an effective team member in a cross-cultural, bilingual school environment, being sensitive and
respectful to different perspectives.
l A deep understanding of the Environmental Social Science curriculum and assessment requirements.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
l A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
l The ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
l The ability to communicate using some Mandarin is a plus.
