Job Description

About the Role:
RWS, a renowned Intellectual Property services company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Environments Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Dynamics 365 Finance and Human Resources (HR) environments. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of the Lifecycle Services (LCS) and PowerApps Admin components.

Responsibilities:
* Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and HR environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability
* Oversee the management of the Lifecycle Services (LCS) platform, including environment management, deployment, and monitoring
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to establish and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, specifically with the Data Migration Lead and Integration Lead
* From an environments perspective; Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency within Dynamics 365 F&SCM and HR environments
* Administer the PowerApps platform, including environment management, security, and licensing.
* Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and develop Power Apps
* Identify areas for process improvement and optimisation within the Dynamics 365 F&SCM and HR environments.

Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and Human Resources (HR) modules
* Strong understanding of the functional and technical aspects of Dynamics 365 F&SCM and HR environments
* Proven track record in system administration, configuration, and maintenance
* Deep experience in managing Lifecycle Services (LCS) platform and PowerApps administration is essential
* Experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) alongside change and patch deployments within LCS
* Proficient in data integration, migration, and management within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem
* Experience with system customisation, workflow development, and reporting tools

**Please note that this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract**
