Eaton’s Commercial & Residential Distribution Solutions division is currently seeking an Epoxy Operator to join our team on 1st shift (5:30 am- 1:30 pm). This position is based at our Greenwood, SC location. Note: This role is located at our Maxwell Ave. Location. Hourly Rate: Starting at $15.11 Position Overview: The Epoxy Operator will be responsible for achieving daily production goals with focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. They will work with a team to learn and flex in all areas of the epoxy department or other assembly areas. Demonstrate commitment and customer focus through daily productivity. In this function you will: You will operate primarily in the epoxy department team to fulfill customer requirements/orders by producing quality products, safely, in a timely manner following Standard Work. You will learn and flex to all areas in the epoxy department or other assembly areas as needed. Use hand tools for grinding of epoxy bars Masking and demasking of epoxy bars Responsible for visual inspections of our epoxy bars to ensure quality Operation of forklift may be required as needed Use appropriate lift assist or partner lift when moving material/products. May lift and carry up to 50 lbs and push or pull up to 100 lbs. South Carolina Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or equivalent.
