Job Responsibility

1. 负责机械设备中存在的缺陷及时进行优化改造或调整，确保设备运转状态良好 Responsible for the defects existing in the mechanical equipment optimized transformation or adjust in time, ensure the equipment running in good condition. 2. 制订机械设备的预防性维修、保养及大修计划，并负责对维修工作的组织实施及检查，监督工作的实施情况，确保维修和保养的质量满足预期要求 Develop the mechanical equipment preventive maintenance plan, maintenance and overhaul plan, and responsible for the examination to organize the implementation and maintenance work, the implementation of supervision work, to ensure the quality of the repair and maintenance to meet the expected requirements.

3. 确定机械易损件名称型号等，制定易损件清单，并根据实际情况确定备件库存量 Check and confirm the item and model of mechanical spare parts, develop the spare parts list, and according the actual situation to make the cycle stock.

4. 制订设备的操作作业指导书，培训生产线员工进行日常检查和保证设备在稳定状态 Develop the equipment operation work instruction, responsible for train operator to routing check and to ensure the equipment in stable operation

5. 指导维修技术员完成机械设备的检修、保养和重大设备异常的维修及处理，最终形成lesson learn report Coach technician to complete the equipment repair, maintain and significant equipment maintenance and handling, eventually form the lesson learn report.

6. 负责机械设备简单机构件的图纸设计更改、安装和调试工作；对机械设备进行升级改造以提高机械效率 Responsible for the design change of simple equipment fixture, install and setup etc., for increase the equipment efficiency to improve or upgrade the equipment.

7. 参与项目开发过程中设备设计方案的评审、供应商组装调试阶段性评审和验收工作，并提出有效的改善建议；设备进厂后负责设备问题点的分析、改善和解决；负责对维修技术员进行培训设备操作、保养及维修技能 Participate in the equipment design review, periodical review the assembly debugging and acceptance; responsible for the equipment problem analysis, improve and solve after equipment move in plant; responsible for technician training the equipment operation, maintenance and repair skills.

8. 负责设备图纸、说明书等资料的管理和必要的更新 Responsible for update the equipment drawing, work instruction and documents management.

9. 针对设备频繁当机的不良状况进行跟踪观察、制定改善对策并永久解决降低当机率 Regarding to the frequently equipment failure, tracking and monitor then make improvement countermeasures to permanent solution to reduce the downtime ratio.

10. 负责所辖区域内所有设备当机率的统计和异常改善 Responsible for the all equipment downtime statistics and failure improvement within the area

11. 参与机械事故的调查、分析与处理，并水平展开杜绝类似状况的再次发生 Participate in the investigation, analysis and solving of equipment accident, and as lesson learn to put an end to happen again.

12. 勇于快速，有效的执行部门领导给予的额外的任务 Fast, effective enforcement department heads to give additional tasks.

13. 参与喷漆线的安装和调试 Involve in new painting line installation and commissioning

14. 负责对喷漆线的保养计划制定及执行，确保喷漆线的设备始终处于良好的运行状态 Be responsible for making out maintenance plan for painting line as well as execution, ensure painting line is always in good condition

15. 其他来自于主管安排的工作 Others are from supervisor.

工作要求Job Requirements

1. 机械设计制造及其自动化/机电工程等相关专业本科及以上学历 Bachelor degree or above in mechanical manufacturing and automation/mechatronics or related engineering background

2. 熟悉机构件的加工工艺，常用材料及其处理工艺；熟悉机械传动原理和整机设计原理 Familiar with the mechanical parts making process, common materials and the treatment process; familiar with mechanical transmission principle and the whole machine design principle.

3. 具有机械,电子，气动和液压传动知识。熟悉自动化设备元器件如：传感器，气缸，电磁阀，马达和PLC原理 Know mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge. Familiar with electrical components application such as sensors, cylinder, solenoid valve, motor and PLC theory.

4. 熟悉绘图软件AUTO-CAD、PRO-ENGINEER 等，熟练使用Office办公软件 Good knowledge of AUTO-CAD、PRO-E software, etc., master the Microsoft office software;

5. 优秀的学习能力和设备问题点处理能力，良好的英语听说读写 Good learning ability and equipment fault handling ability, Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.

6. 熟悉ABB/安川/Fanuc机器人操作及维护保养的，或对喷漆供漆系统熟悉的优先考虑 Be familiar with ABB/YASKAWA/FANUCA robot operation and maintenance, or with paint supply system was preferred

7. 对油漆，清洗溶剂等相关化学药剂不过敏 No allergic to paint, purge solvent and related chemicals

8. 积极的工作态度和团队合作意愿 Positive work attitude and team work willingness
