Golf Pride is a world leader in golf grips.  Golf Pride develops and manufactures golf grips for Retail and OEM customers. The Project Engineer is responsible to supports product development in the Tainan, Taiwan manufacturing facility. The Taiwan Project Engineer will coordinate cross-functional teams for quick sample and process development for rubber molding and finishing at the Tainan R&D facility.

依循Golf Pride發展策略，擬定工廠新設備導入及現有設備更新計畫、設備規格預算評估及發包安裝導入等。依照公司策略，區分短中長期規劃，搭配新產品導入、效率改善及智慧製造思維想法，逐步協助Golf Pride邁向現代化生產製造工廠，提升生產品質效率，降低設備停機時間並符合MESH安全要求。

1. 依循Golf Pride發展策略，擬定工廠五年新設備導入及現有設備更新計畫。
2. 展開年度新設備導入及設備改善提案，確認投資成本、效益評估及設置計畫。
3. 撰寫設備規格書，詳列設備功能及使用需求，包括效率、品質及安全層面，以及符合MESH規範要求。
4. 與採購及使用單位進行廠商報價審閱，確保廠商報價提案內容包括元件規格、廠牌、功能、效率及施工安全項目符合設備規範內容。
5. 與廠商擬定專案時程計畫，並與使用單位確認安裝時程安排，若有影響到生產運作，需有配套措施預先安排。
6. 與EHS部門、影響單位及廠商共同擬定施工方法，以符合安全需求。
7. 進行施工申請、施工前安全程序確認，以及施工現場安全督導，確保工程順利進行，必要時協調相關單位協助。
8. 施工完成後，與現場單位一同進行試車，確保設備可正常運作，會同廠商及採購共同驗收。
9. 負責現有設備改善計畫，針對現有設備精度及穩定度提升，以符合生產品質及新品導入需求，避免因設備問題而導致品質異常之報廢問題。
10. 改善設備效率及減少故障時間，以提升生產效率及OEE%，提高產品產出能力。
11. 負責現場設備故障問題調查，找尋真因並進行改善。
12. 支持公司水電使用之管理與能資源減碳改善。

Qualifications

50. 大學或碩士以上學歷，機械工程相關科系
50. 具五年以上設備製程專案改善/機電整合/TPM相關工作經驗，懂PLC尤佳
50. 工業配線/室內配線丙級以上證照
50. 電腦Office操作能力 (Word, Excel, Power point)
50. 英文聽說讀寫中級能力，需有能撰寫英文專案計畫之能力
50. 溝通協調(跨部門)統整與會能力
50. 設備失效模式分析
