1, 新设备安装调试时电气部分的资料接收及功能掌握,协助设备的试运行及释放
2, 设备电气部分的年/月/周维护保养计划并组织具体实施，包括电气备件的计划制定
3, 参与生产设备的优化改进项目；
4, 对团队中的电气维护技术员的专业技能给与相关指导培训
5, 组织人员对电气部分的设备停机进行排故修复，必要时协调设备供应商参与问题解决
6, 管理相关的关键绩效指标, 如设备停机时间, 预防性维护保养计划的执行率等
7, 在设备安全, 效率及维护成本方面开展持续的改善, 包括系统改善和点改善

1, Support the new machine installation and release, takeover all machine electrical documents, handle and master it
2, initiate weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance plan and organize implementation, as well as spare parts planning for electrical components
3, Participate in the optimization and improvement project of production equipment
4, Coach the electrical maintenance technician for professional skill training
5, Trouble shooting for electrical breakdown, contact machine supplier for support when necessary
6, Monitoring and controlling KPIs, e.g. equipment downtime, PM plan attainment rate and so on.
7, Continuous improvement on the machine safety, efficiency and maintenance cost, include system CIP and point CIP

- 大学本科学历, 工程或自动化控制相关专业.
- 熟悉西门子840D控制系统，熟悉力士乐MTX系统者优先
- 熟悉西门子PLC应用及编程, 熟悉力士乐PLC系统者优先
- 最少具备4年以上设备设计和维护相关工作经验.
- 具有基本的英语口语及书写能力
- 良好的沟通协调能力.
- 良好的计划和执行能力.
- 具备较强的责任感.

- BA degree, majors in engineering and automation.
- Proficient with Siemens 840D system, familiar with Rexroth MTX will be a plus
- Familiar with Siemens PLC application and programming, familiar with Rexroth PLC will be a plus
- Minimum of 5 years equipment design and maintenance experience.
- Essential English both in speaking and writing.
- Good communication and coordination skill.
- Good planning & executive ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
