1. Support new MAE (Machine and Equipment)installation and commissioning, mechanical focused;
2. Making preventive maintenance plan for MAEs, and organize the implementation, to keep all MAEs are in the good condition;
3. initiate the maintenance working instruction as well as conduct training to related people
4. Participate in the optimization and improvement project of production equipment
5. Define the mechanical spare parts for MAEs and support spare parts stock management
6. Support the team for troubleshooting, arrange and participate internal/external training  
7. Monitoring and controlling KPIs, e.g. equipment downtime and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
8. Continuous improvement on the work safety, product quality, cost saving and work efficiency.

- Bachelor degree or above, majors in mechanical engineering;
- Essential English both in speaking and writing
- Proficient with PC and MS Office, familiar with Auto-CAD will be a plus
- Familiar with machining process, e.g. hardening, drilling, grinding and milling, have heavy maintenance experience is prior.
- Familiar with Mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components and function;
- Minimum of 4 years CNC machining troubleshooting and maintenance experience;
- Able to work in shifts, and travel domestic & overseas for business reasons when needed
- Good communication and coordination skill;
- Good planning & executive ability;
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- 大学本科学历或以上, 机械工程相关专业；

- 熟练电脑操作能力, 包括MS office 熟悉Auto CAD优先；
- 熟悉机加工工艺，如淬火，钻孔，研磨和铣削工艺；
- 熟悉机械零件，液压气动元件的工作原理
- 最少具备4年以上数控机加工设备维修和维护保养相关工作经验，有机床大修（更换丝杠/导轨/主轴）经验者优先；
- 可接受倒班工作，可接受海内外出差
- 良好的沟通协调能力；
- 良好的计划和执行能力；
- 具备较强的责任感.
