Responsibilities:

• Support Food Innovation and Operations

initiatives on new equipment to meet business needs

• Work on Margin improvement on equipment

efficiency and utility consumption

• Work with Procurement team on alternative

equipment/supplier development and approval.

• Manage supplier performance and equipment

quality tracking.

• Provide equipment engineering technical

support to field operation/C&F team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with majoring in Industrial

Automation/Mechanical Engineering

• 8+ years equipment development experience in

multi-national company, with proven track records of successful project
management and contribution to the team.

• Good knowledge of computational modelling

including AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Good understanding of typical engineering

materials, stress and failure mechanisms , experimental measurement and analysis.

• A progressive mindset, focused on driving

business improvement and efficiency working with multiple stakeholders across
different cultures and functions.

• Demonstrated problem solving, process

development and improvement skills in a wide scope of engineering challenges.

• Good English communication skills
