Main Responsibilities

• To provide research assistant support to the team.
• To support on financial modeling and update databases.
• To assist on writing reports and short memos on the sector’s breaking news or thematic research.
• To assist on the invitation of Corporate Clients to Company events.
• To complete client requests with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines, CFA/CPA qualification is a plus.
• Knowledgeable in the Hong Kong and China property sector.
• A pleasant, detail-oriented and self-motivated team player who possesses good attitude and strong commitment to work.
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Excel and other PC skills.
• A hardworking team player who is eager to learn, able to work under pressure.
• Fresh graduates with good numerical skill are welcome to apply.
