Responsibility

• Organization of site staff and site work
• Coordination with sub-contractors, supervisor and client
• Organizes and carries out meetings on site
• Writes Progress Report to the Project Manager, on regular basis (in function of progress)
• Ensures the Quality Procedures are followed on site
• Reports to the Project Manager, Deputy Execution Department Manager and Execution Department Manager

Profile

• Higher Education in water treatment related field
• Good managerial skills
• Good technical knowledge
• Good organizational skills
• 5 years experience in Site management
• Good communication skills
• Familiar with construction & erection related standards and regulations

Health, Safety and Environment Roles

• Comply with State, Degremont HSE regulation; implement Degremont HSE Standard, life- saving rules.
• Pervise providing site team safety training and necessary PPE.
• Communicate with HSE Coordinator to assist site team establishing site health and safety action plan.
• Supervise implementation of risk analysis and assessment during engineering study and commissioning.
• Participate the site regularly safety meeting /inspection /audit when he is on site, provide site HSE recommendation, provide the relevant report/information to PM, HSE Coordinator, Managers of Execution Department.
• Participates in the incident analyses and near misses analysis, propose corrective actions.
• Supervise the implementation of Degremont HSE Standard, life-saving rules and preventive actions on site.
