計劃特色 Programme Features:

本集團的物業管理培訓生計劃為期兩年，旨在培育物業管理專才。計劃提供學習機會讓培訓生接觸不同類型的物業，加深對物業管理行業的認識，培訓管理及領導才能。

完成計劃後，表現良好的管理培訓生可獲晉升為助理物業主任 / 物業主任或調職至相關部門。

Our 2-year Estate Management Trainee Programme with the opportunity to understand property industry and strengthen its knowledge to develop property management professional. The Management Trainees will receive on-the-job training in various type of properties.

Upon successful completion of the Programme, Estate Management Trainee with outstanding performance will be offered as Assistant Estate Officer / Estate Officer or transferred to other related Department.

職責 Responsibilities:

• 監察及提升日常運作服務
• 負責前台客戶服務工作，與不同類型客戶及承包商進行溝通及聯絡
• 協助宣傳各物業的推廣活動
• 支援行政及文書工作，包括編寫及準備公司信函、報告、通告及處理帳目
• 協助一般採購和設施監控工作
• 提供行政支援予管理處
• 需輪休及輪班，每星期工作5天，每天工作8小時（早上8時至下午5時 / 早上10時至下午7時）
• 薪金：每月港幣12,000元

• Monitor and enhance daily operational services in order to deliver the best experience to the customers
  
• Counter services, communicating and coordinating with different client and contractor
• Promote the activities of the properties
• Perform general administration duties including preparation of correspondence, reports, circulars and handling of payments in office
• Assist in general procurement and facilities control
• Provide administrative support to the Management Office if required.
• Roster basis (8am – 5pm / 10am – 7pm), 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
• Salary: HK$12,000 per month

要求 Requirements:

• 中六或以上程度
• 良好人際關係及溝通能力
• 主動積極、細心及願意學習
• 一般電腦操作知識及使用，如MS Excel及中文輸入法
• 具備良好中英文讀寫及表達能力、能操英語、廣東話及普通話

• F.6 or above
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, self-motivated, detail-minded and willing to learn
• Knowledge in PC software e.g. MS Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Gratuity equal to 1-month salary upon completion of training programme
