The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the operation team to carry out day-to-day property operations and provide high quality customer services to our tenants and visitors.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Property / Facilities Management or other related disciplines
- Membership of professional property management qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH) will be an advantage
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in managing prestigious shopping malls and / or Grade A commercial buildings
- Knowledge of ISO standards will be an advantage
- Mature, proactive, analytical and able to work independently
- Good supervisory, organizing and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Estate Officer
