Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented! In this role you will be a member of Medium Voltage Customer Services team responsible for tendering and offer management, working closely with all disciplines within BU, to ensure delivery of high quality, winning offers/bids, and ensuring these are effectively handed over to the execution team. Management of the creation of winning orders (mainly MV/LV Switchgear services including retrofits, extensions, upgrades, maintenance etc.) through full offering lifecycle from Go/No-Go through to customer negotiation and Contract Award. Implement regional growth strategies for our customer services portfolio. Breakdown tender requirements, prepare technically compliant optimized BOQs and coordinate all technical, commercial and financial aspects of the estimation and proposal creation process (including pricing structures, subcontract partnerships etc.) Preparation, review and coordination of compelling offer/tender documentation ensuring high levels of consistency and quality, that adequately captures our offer, provides an accurate baseline for a future order, incorporates lessons learned, and mitigates risk. Accurate estimation of budgets and ensuring Siemens company policies and procedures (including quality assurance) as suitably followed, striking the right balance between governance and cost efficiency. Involvement in pre and post bid submission negotiations with the client encompassing technical, financial and commercial considerations. Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! Diploma/Graduation in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 5-years’ experience in Sales, Tendering and/or Project Management preferably in distribution Networks. Strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication and negotiation skills. Fluent in English. Arabic language is a strong plus. Proficient in standard IT-tools What else do you need to know?
