Lenovo’s Channel & SMB team is looking for an Etail Sales Account Manager - the perfect opportunity to develop further your business acumen and commercial skills. These are your detailed responsibilities: • Responsible for Lenovo Etail Business and assigned Business Partners • Owning end-to-end the full sales cycle from product selection, order & shipment process and marketing & sales strategy • Developing strategic business plans including implementation on Lenovo business priorities and customer relationship experience • Prepare reliable forecasts to ensure recurring revenue streams including clear Account and KPI planning process • Monitoring of market developments, competitive threats • Active management of the needs and expectations of the Etailer's and providing feedback concerning appropriate 4P requirements (price, product, placement, promotion) • Monitor customer Sell-in/Sell-out and inventory. Provide reporting back into sales management and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of- stock situations • Leverage assigned Marketing funds to support Lenovo priorities in close collaboration with Marketing team and other stakeholders & strategic partners • Ability and hungriness to achieve the quantitative and qualitative sales targets and strategies including value, volume, profitability • Communicate and support Lenovo vision, strategies, initiatives as they relate to Etail #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: Essential Experience & Key skills • Proven sales experience • Minimum of 3-5 years selling technology products • Strong in strategic planning, demand planning, forecast preparation and analysis (incl. Excel skills) • Fluent in English and (Swiss)-German • Clear understanding of IT/CE marketplace including the retail and competitor landscape • Proven credibility with customers and experience of building strong customer relationships. Personality: \- An entrepreneurial personality with standing and charisma, who can convince and inspire on the basis of his knowledge and his personality, and thus on the highest level for the products he represents. \- Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands by a well-structured working approach. \-  Strong team player and ability to work in a multinational environment. \-  Self-driven, results-oriented, assertive and determined, accountable and takes ownership. \- Demonstrates maturity, is credible, and comfortable in dealing at senior management level.
