Key Responsibilities

• To provide technical expertise at a system level (HW, SW & Productivity) to solve customer problems.
• To independently troubleshoot either process or hardware-related issues with product knowledge and learnings.  
• To provide data and technical understanding of issues/opportunities to SCLA to ensure problem statements, success criteria, timelines & solutions are well understood (both escalation & roadmap opportunities)
• Be the technical face of Applied Materials Etch HQ to the customer.

Requirements

• Detailed understanding of Sym3 (or similar etch) chambers; both HW & operation
• Productivity expertise to accelerate time to solutions at the customer side.
• Understanding of etch process.
• Ability to summarize data into valid conclusions, drive plans through customer and SCLA, champion of problem-solving.
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to work in a matrixed environment
