Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in social compliance audit and coaching for factories in China.

3. Knowledge of local labor laws and SA8000, BSCI, WCA Social Accountability standard.

4. Knowledge and experienced on worldwide retainer social compliance requirement, such as Walmart, Target, Costco, QVC.

5. Good understanding of regional factories employment environment.

6. Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup and maintain internal procedures for managing factories to fulfill the social compliance requirements.

2. Work closely with customer’s Ethical Sourcing team on reporting factories’ ethics and sustainability status.

3. Coach non-conformance factories to improve the rating of social accountability status.

4. Conduct social accountability pre-audit on suppliers’ factories.

5. Admin of retailer social compliance activities.
