Job Description
We currently operate 47+ bilingual Montessori kindergartens throughout China as well as a K-12 International School (BCAIS).
We're headquartered in Beijing, China and serve expatriate and local families seeking to give their children a head start through international-standard early education programs in our International (English only) or Bilingual (English & Chinese) classrooms.
We are recognized by the Chinese government as a National Top 10 Educational Institute and host China's only indigenous AMS / MACTE Montessori credentialing program.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and positive team member to join our International HR team in Beijing to fill the position of International Human Resources Finance Officer. The International Human Resources Finance Officer plays an essential role in supporting our international staff with any of their financial needs. As such, he/she is generally responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services related to international staff under the guidance of the International Human Resources Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Finance (or higher)
• Minimum 2+ years in Human Resources or Finance experience in China

• Accounting and bookkeeping skills

• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Effective written communications skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level

Experience:
• Solid experience and evidence of operational HR duties and HR project execution in an international environment in China (preferred)
• Proven experience dealing with finances and/or payroll (preferred)

• Team-player, effective communicator with a positive attitude.
• Able to adjust and set new directions in response to changes in the environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive approach with ability to work with minimal supervision.
