职责描述

Participate in the establishment of the organizations and positions, assist in the design and planning of the position. Structure the personnel and relative requirement.
Formulate recruitment procedure, monitoring routine recruiting. Involve in selectingand provide suggestion or decision.
Audit the training planning, monitoring routine training, organize specialized training for management team.
Formulate structure of payroll management, audit the salary level, upgrade anddegradation. Scheme the bonus and welfare project.
Arrange performance appraisal, audit the result, propose the award and punishment.
Openthe smooth communication channel and motivation. Improve ERM, handle the grievanceand complaint.
Decide on the transferring, promotion, labor contract termination. regularly check theimplement of relative policy on the Handbook.
Contact with Labor bureau, investigate in relative issue and formulate the decision.
Prepareand submit relative reports and documents for board of directors andshareholders meeting.
Responsible for the security of confidential information, formulate relative action. Whenthe leakage happen, immediate action should be taken.
Internal management, responsible for the budget. Allocate job duty to individual,monitor the performance and appraisal of subordinates.
Responsible for the establishment and spread of corporate culture. Plan for relativeactivity to enhance the engagement and extend the influence.
Regularly update the Handbook, recruitment policy, training policy, payroll system, etc.
Other assignments appointed by superior.
Proficiency in labor law.

Possess below skills: Leadership, analysis, communication and coordinate, expression, innovation, interpersonal, comprehension

Be proficient in English and office skill.
