Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
1、Market development and project implementation
Discover high-quality entrepreneurial projects and talents in Europe and assess their feasibility in the Chinese market.
Assist overseas teams in formulating localization strategies, including policy interpretation, resource connection, business registration, etc.
Coordinate domestic partners (governments, investment institutions, incubators, etc.) to facilitate the rapid implementation of the project.
2. Cross-cultural business cooperation
Serve as the communication link between the Chinese and European teams to address the differences in language, culture and business practices.
Organize bilateral exchange activities (roadshows, summits, etc.) to enhance the brand's influence in the European innovation circle.
3. Market analysis and strategy support
Based on insights into European industry trends (such as technology, green energy, consumption, etc.), provide localized suggestions.
Monitor the competitive dynamics and optimize the entry strategy for the Chinese market.
Job Requirements:
Language proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (business negotiation level), native English/other European languages.
More than 3 years of relevant experience in the European market (entrepreneurship, investment, business development, etc.), familiar with the start-up enterprise ecosystem.
Those with working experience in China or cross-border project implementation experience will be given priority.
Outstanding cross-cultural communication skills and skilled at integrating multiple resources.
Have a profound understanding of the differences in the business environment between China and Europe and be able to quickly adapt to the Chinese business model
