活動助理暑期實習生 (Event Assistant Summer Internship)

Performance, show and event assistant. It aims to enhance the efficiency with event operation and preparation. Besides, it should be provide assistance and support with the daily administrative work and handle the phone call.

工作職責是怎樣?

負責跟進表演籌備、安排場地、聯絡報名及其他活動項目。活動包括商場表演、舞蹈比賽、舞台劇表演等。亦要處理一般文書工作如查詢活動詳情及日常工作資料輸入。需慬中文輸入法、如慬Microsoft word, excel等應用程式更佳。

工作詳情

實習月份: 7月- 8月
星期二至五: 10:00 至 19:00 及
星期六: 9:00 至 18:00
地點﹕觀塘
每週可以工作3- 5天
每周或需外出工作
