Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver all aspects of events and fundraising activities
- Design promotional campaigns and formulate communication strategies to maximize exposure, public participation and donations
- Strengthen partnerships with social welfare and charitable institutions, schools, corporations and organizations in providing meaningful outing activities for underprivileged
- Conduct presentation; prepare event summary and annual report
- Supervise 3-4 junior staff on project basis
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in marketing, and/or event management; with fundraising and solid experience in NGO would be highly preferred
- Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in supervision role with exceptional skill in problem solving and decision making
- Results oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently with a high degree of personal initiative and leadership in a minimal resource environment
- Excellent relationship building, client servicing, communication and coordination skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop or equivalent software is a definite advantage
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays on occasion
