Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all the training, leisure and educational activities / programs at Theme park from initiating ideas, planning to execution.
  • Supervising and Coordinating in launching the activities / programs (including briefings to helpers and related administrative works) in order to ensure the quality.
  • Discuses and negotiate with appropriate business partners, training organizations or school, with an overall aim to enhance parents & children’s visiting experience and drive customer admissions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and prepare reports reflecting activity results and feedback from program attendees, and continuously find ways for program improvements.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries through email, phone call in a customer-centric manner

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Sports Management, Event Management, education or related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years experience in event/ program planning.
  • Must have passion towards young children.
  • Independent, energetic, detail-mined, can-do attitude and can work under pressure.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Weekend and Holiday shift are required.
  • Possessing valid Audit First aid certificate will be an advantage.
