We are seeking an event coordinator to join the Global Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Events Manager, the coordinator will be responsible for event and meeting logistics as well as supporting the Event Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Coordinating events such as product training, sales meetings, customer experiences and large scale trade shows
  • Coordinating internal meetings, presentations and events
  • Communicating with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders to determine planning needs of each event
  • Creating and sending out event communications such as save the dates and confirmation details
  • Negotiating and reviewing contracts
  • Overseeing housing blocks ranging from 10 – 100 people
  • Producing and ordering event supplies and meeting materials
  • Managing event set up, tear down and post event follow-up
  • Delivering programs within budget
  • Global travel for onsite support

Required Skills:

  • Must be highly organized and detailed focus
  • Creative, outside the box thinker
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership and teams – both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and work experience
  • 2 – 4 years of progressive work experience managing B2B events, preferably in an agency setting
  • Some experience managing trade shows a plus but not required
