Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the services delivery for events in accordance with schedule, resources and contractual agreement.
  • Facilitate cross functional teams to overcome technical and operational issues.
  • Provide professional advice on venue rental, AV services, technical production services, crowd management services and etc.
  • Assist in onsite duty to handle operational matters.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects. 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Hospitality, Hotel management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 8 years relevant operational leadership and project management experience in sizable organizations, preferably in event & exhibition industry, MICE, hospitality, hotel management.
  • Strong communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Willing to work under flexible schedule according to the event calendar.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
