Major Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement MCF’s projects and events, including. music workshops, performance events, music events, and concerts & musicals
• Support events from pre-event logistics, on-site stage and rundown management and post-event reporting
• Coordinate/conduct production and design meetings
• Scheduling, ticketing, document handling and other duty planning
• Manage and support both technical and non-technical stage production issues
• Liaise with venue management, contractors, event organizers, crew and suppliers
• Responsible for providing support services on general administration and other ad hoc tasks
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related disciplines;
• At least 3 years relevant experience;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
• Good team-player and able to work well under pressure;
• Experience with creative media production, publication and digital marketing will be a definite advantage
• Flexible working hours and overtime work (including public holidays) are required occasionally.
