What you will be doing:

• Organizing convention bookings from date of booking to departure, including meeting requirements, guest room requirements, guest room pickup, food and beverage, and audiovisual.
• Create floor plans, group resumes, and banquet event orders for internal and external planning. 
• Conduct pre/post-conference meetings with clients and pertinent departments to confirm relevant information.
• Guide pre-planning tours and client deadlines for seamless execution of event details.
• Be the liaison onsite for your clientele and maintain the highest level of customer service.

Your experience and skills include:

• Creative and passionate about events
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player
• Hospitality degree preferred
• Able to work weekends and evenings
