Job Duties:
Assist in Planning and Organizing events of Tom Lee Music Academy
Prepare the budget plan, promotion plan and related marketing materials
Liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of the events
Other administrative duties and ad hoc assignment as required

Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above with 1 year solid working experience in the field of event management, public communications or marketing.

Organized, excellent communication and interpersonal skill
Familiar with music or education industry preferable
Good team player with positive attitude, self-motivated and detail-oriented
High proficiency in computer skills
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Fresh Graduate can be also be considered
Classic music background will be an advantage for the position
