Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and managing recruitment event schedules

2. Recruitment event rundown design and planning

3. Assisting in execution of events, including attendee management and resources allocation and logistics

4. Sourcing attendees / formulating event promotion strategy 

5. Scenario management

6. Handling ad hoc requests as assigned by client(s) incluing basic IT support

Requirements:

1. Currently attended / enrolled in recognised University degree program(s) in Hong Kong

2. Good networking skills and creative problem solving

3. Good communication skill in Cantonese, Mandarin or English

4. Strong interest in recruitment event management

5. Holding position(s) in student organisation(s) / experience in organising student events will be preferred

Salary is calculated based on hourly rate and commission from each event successfully engaged.
