What you will be doing:

  • Coordinates with departments concerned to ensure all details for special events are implemented
  • Prepares Banquet Event Order based on the detailed requirements given by the organizer.
  • Ensures that other departments are informed of events that will take place in the hotel.
  • Checks set-up of function to ensure the details are implemented as agreed with the client.


Work Experience
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in events management or in the same capacity in a luxury hotel.
  • Graduate of a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Sales, Business Management or any related field.
  • Effective communication skills with keen attention to details.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
