Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and organize special events such as corporate events & birthday parties
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs on events planning and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
- Organize facilities and manage all event’s pre-function set up and logistics
- Provide on-site support and handle any arising issues during an event
- Propose ideas to improve services and events quality
Requirements:
- Organized, efficient and responsible
- Strong interpersonal and customer relations
- Problem solving skills and initiative
- Strong attention to details and positive working attitude
- Excellent time management skills and prioritization
- Independent & capable to work under pressure
- 3 years or above relevant working experience
- Proficient in both English and Cantonese, intermediate Mandarin is a bonus
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels
- Immediate availability is highly preferred

The Big Things Playground opens 7 days a week from 10am to 8pm. Candidates will need to work shifts according to the roster of the company. Work will be required on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
