Job Description

Major Job Responsibilities:

? The Event Coordinator is responsible for organizing various events contributing to the building of the school's image in Entrepreneur field as a knowledge provider;

? The Event Coordinator shall have the ability to execute projects in different regions of China,including inviting speakers, marketing the events and providing logistic support;

? Assist in creating and maintaining resources essential to the organization of Innovation & Entrepreneurship events;

? The Event Coordinator is responsible for gaining cross-departmental support in organizing various events;

? Assist Project Manager in the CELC & CVCC program enrollment;

? Assist Project Manager to build up the relationship with CELC & CVCC alumni association.


Basic Job Requirements:

? The candidate shall have at least 3-year work experience in MNC;

? The candidate shall have common sense about marketing;

? Intellectual capability is desired for event planning and designing;

? The candidate shall have strong communication skills to build up external relationship and to win cross-departmental support and coordination;

? The candidate shall have strong teamwork spirit to work closely with other members of the event team;

? The candidate shall have the ability to take care of details;

? Fluent English writing and speaking is a must.
