-Drive proactive and reactive sales at hotel level to maximise revenue for the hotel

-Support the rebranding and positioning of the hotel as a premium 4 star hotel in the local market

-Ensure the financial success of the hotel by initiating, planning, directing & managing the implementation of the sales strategy for the hotel

-Foster a relationship with all key Accounts 



Work Experience

-We are looking for experience Sales driven talent with a proven success in a comparable hotel environment and all segments

-A strong commercial & business acumen with a tenacity to drive top line to exceed targets, and to position the hotel in the market place as the preferred choice in the area.

-Effective Communicator, face to face, Virtual and digital.

-Local knowledge

-You will be able to develop & maintain effective Relationship with both internal & external stakeholders.

 - Able to source business in challenging relationships
