Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Perform all clerical and administrative duties for the Events and Catering Team
-
Responsible for all function event order’s distribution and coordination
-
Prepare reports that delegated by Director of Events and Catering
Requirements:
-
Diploma holder in hospitality, with Event and MICE Management or related disciplines is preferred
-
Well organized, positive attitude, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills and a good team player
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
-
Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Immediate available is preferable
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered
