Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all clerical and administrative duties for the Events and Catering Team
  • Responsible for all function event order’s distribution and coordination
  • Prepare reports that delegated by Director of Events and Catering

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in hospitality, with Event and MICE Management or related disciplines is preferred
  • Well organized, positive attitude, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
