As an Evolve Project Management Intern, you will be responsible for: • Coordinates all eligible Evolve Upgrade orders in accordance with contractual obligations, revenue projections, and due date assignments • Communicates planned, delayed and/or improved Evolve delivery dates to affected teams to ensure install planning and project deadlines are not impacted. • Simultaneously manages multiple Evolve revision/projects at any given time. • Provides reports on progress and actions on a regular basis by researching, documenting and presenting findings. • Responds to internal and external customer inquiries received through the Update Application Team Mailbox. Manages project milestones to ensure on time completion and identify, with anticipation, actions required to keep them on track, including customer milestones such as proactive scheduling and required room availability for update performance. This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers • Knowledge of SAP • Knowledge of @Sense platforms • Good PC Skills (MS Office software – Word, Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook) • Strong communication skills needed, both verbal and written Required skills to have for the success of this role • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program. • Be able to demonstrate the ability to handle semi-complex to complex projects and determine the critical path to improve timely performance • Independently perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting, more complex, less clearly defined issues.
