• To ensure the timely documentation of house keeping and check the cleaning record day to day basis.
• To ensure implementation of SOPs for administration and report if the deviation is observed to Manufacturing and QA department.
• To check on daily basis in process control parameters of house keeping through design document
• Maintains good house keeping of entire plant, technical floor, Ancillary services like canteen, utility building & campus.
• Responsible for operation of house keeping equipment, Laundry equipment & office equipment inside the plant.
• Maintain Pest Control activities as per requirement outside plant.
• Maintains the waste material handling area and disposal.
• Maintains the laundry facility inside the plant for washing of Clean Room Garments.      
• Maintain the general uniforms for staff & workers, factory shoes & locker facilities
• Facilitates first aid services for any accident or general illness. For any major injury or accident it also facilitate transportation to nearest medical facilities for medical treatments.
• Maintain online documentation.
• Prepare of daily report and monthly report.
• Co-ordinate with campus administration for selling scrap and burning pre-printed material.
• Cleaning all staff and worker shoe cleaning.
• Prepare house keeping material purchase requisition.
• Issuing house-keeping material for other departments.
• Suggest the change in SOPs if require.
• To ensure the availability of the workers for the daily house keeping.
• To ensure the worker and staff training according to the standard operating procedure through T&D Dept.
• Commitment to the customer satisfaction regarding time and cleaning quality.
• Monitor and controls all SOPs and cGMP Guidelines.
• To ensure all housekeeping related QMS elements to fulfil as per SOPs and cGMP Guidelines
