• Execute desired exposures (across assets) in Chinese markets according to our systematic, proprietary processes

• Develop a holistic understanding of trading execution strategies

• Contribute to the understanding of market microstructure, transaction costs, market participants, and products in the markets

• Drive initiatives to improve the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our trading systems

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our liquidity providers

• Stretch across business functions as needed

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic record

• 3+ years of relevant trading experience in Chinese markets

• Effective written and oral communication skills with attention to detail

• General comfort with learning and using new software tools

• High integrity and culture fit

• Fluency in Mandarin and English
