Job Description
- Prepare roster as per guideline of service team management
- Handle email communication / requests with different departments for service team
- Handle room folio settlement
- Manage stock check and inventory of redemption items for premium gaming patrons
- Process and track disciplinary documentation
- Generate different reports on operation performance and transactions
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Keep all customer information confidential
- Provide delivery of stock to the operation team
- Willing to work on shirt
Position Requirements
- Diploma degree preferred
- Have excellent marketing and player development skills
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work independently and be self-motivated. Get along well with fellow Team Members and work as a team
- Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to departmental and company policies
