Job Description

The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of corporate finance activities of listed companies in the Greater China region and Hong Kong. He/She will be involved in the due diligence, execution and documentation works of the above-mentioned activities.

The candidate should be: 

• A degree holder with major in Finance, Business, Accountancy, Economics, Law or related disciplines
• 1-2 years’ working experience preferably gained in corporate finance, direct investments, investment banks or listed companies
• Hands-on experience in drafting information memorandums, announcements, circulars and other documents would be an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluency in Putonghua is essential
• Self-motivated, independent and a good team player
• Be meticulous and able to work in a fast-pace, dynamic environment with excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills
