Job Description
- Provide secretarial supports to Regional Sales Director
- Facilitate with events and large meeting organization
- Coordinate with key counterparts, either internal or external
- Work proactively and independently to support regular meetings、
- Coordinate and make travel plans & arrangement
- Collect data, conduct basic research work if needed, set up and maintain records and files
- Administrative support to day-to-day activities or any assigned task requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years related working experience in a multi-national environment or similar.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
- Strong Microsoft Office suite, Excel and pivot table skills, PowerPoints knowledge
- Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
- Work accurately, work independently with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a new environment
- Excellent inter-personal skills, with mature, positive & flexible demeanor
