  • Provide secretarial supports to Regional Sales Director
  • Facilitate with events and large meeting organization
  • Coordinate with key counterparts, either internal or external
  • Work proactively and independently to support regular meetings、
  • Coordinate and make travel plans & arrangement
  • Collect data, conduct basic research work if needed, set up and maintain records and files
  • Administrative support to day-to-day activities or any assigned task requirements


Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 3 years related working experience in a multi-national environment or similar.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite, Excel and pivot table skills, PowerPoints knowledge
  • Responsive, proactive, self-motivator with excellent service attitude
  • Work accurately, work independently with minimal supervision, under deadline situations in a new environment
  • Excellent inter-personal skills, with mature, positive & flexible demeanor
