Job Description

The VP/GM of PFE is looking for a highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide professional administrative support. This role requires managing the operations for the executive including managing the calendar, travel logistics, expenses, and other operations.

In this role responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Calendar management, with shifting priorities and deadlines, booking complex travel, managing travel details such as visas, welcome letters and managing expenses.

  • Assess the importance of a meeting request, emails, or documents and take appropriate action to involve the appropriate parties quickly and accurately.

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department division, such as maintaining divisional organizational charts, PDL and divisional logistics needs.

  • Experience working with all Microsoft Office tools and at least one standard tool for expenses such as Concur.

  • Supports general/office administrative activities with associated tasks (ordering office supplies, food orders, onsite needs, Conference Room coordination, generating shipping memo, etc).

  • Assists in coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, face to face, etc.: plans and organizes meetings and off sites, coordinates all logistics.

  • Work closely with other Senior and Executive admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning needs.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork, classes, research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications:

Candidate must have a High School or Equivalent degree.

5+ years of experience in:

  • Administrative support (Domestic/international travel arrangement).

  • Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, SharePoint).

  • Expense report.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in:

  • Concur, Workday, or similar industry tools.

  • Project Management.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
