Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administration support, such as office supplies, office renovation, repair & maintenance etc.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily administration operation
  • Provide secretarial support to the Management including taking minutes, preparing presentation materials and handling related documents
  • Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ secretarial and office administration experience
  • High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English is essential (Native in Putonghua is preferable)
  • Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good teamwork spirit and multi-task capability with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
