Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general office administration support, such as office supplies, office renovation, repair & maintenance etc.
- Liaise with internal and external parties for daily administration operation
- Provide secretarial support to the Management including taking minutes, preparing presentation materials and handling related documents
- Assist in any other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- At least 4 years’ secretarial and office administration experience
- High proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English is essential (Native in Putonghua is preferable)
- Good at MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Good teamwork spirit and multi-task capability with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
