Die prep and Assembly Technology Development (DATD) is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and result-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant.
This role reports to Corporate Vice President and department director.
Duties include:
- Organizing and managing extremely complex calendar schedule(s) for one or more managers, maintaining executive's agenda and assisting in planning appointments, conferences, etc.
- Makes extensive travel arrangements.
- Provides support for departmental events, quarterly events and recognition as well as coordinating activities across the organization, events, conferences, F2Fs, etc: plans and organizes the events, prepares agendas, coordinates all logistics.
- Exercises diplomacy, tact, and judgment in interacting with a wide range of constituents at varying levels of an organization including staff at all levels, administration staff; customers.
- Maintains In depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies.
- Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail while taking the initiative to manage logistics of the department/division such as maintaining divisional organizational charts.
- Work with all Microsoft tools, Intel tools, purchasing and finance systems.
Additional duties include managing tactical projects, general administrative duties such as order supplies, CR coordination, generating shipping memo, etc.
- Handling and maintaining confidentiality using discretion and sound judgment.
- Effective organizational skills to improve the efficiency of administrative processes.
- Coordinates activities to ensure division goals are met, effectively mentoring and integrating new admins and ensuring all admins understand department procedures and expectations.
- Possesses customer service orientation and uses judgment/discretion in handling confidential information.
- Works closely with the Senior and Executive administrative staff and works productively as a team member.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 7 + years' experience as an executive assistant or related role.
5+ years' experience with one or more of the following:
- Microsoft 365 and all Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Yammer, etc.)
- Executive calendar management including coordinating complex meetings that require ELT attendance, external attendees, and video conference room booking, etc.
- Travel itineraries, visa application, expense reporting and Administrative Tools such as Concur and Workday
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
