Eaton’s Electrical Sector is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Moon Township, PA team. Position Overview: You will support our talented Operations and Supply Chain team in Moon Township, PA. This role is responsible for providing administrative support across key operations and supply chain activities proactively working with key stakeholders to instill operational discipline, coordinating record management to meet internal and external reporting requirements, preparing management reports, presentations and reviews etc. This role supports the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Vice President of Supply Chain, and the Vice President of Continuous Improvements with diary management, travel and expenses and event management. In this function you will: Have responsibility for all administrative support duties pertaining to the office of the VPs, including meeting arrangement, coordination and follow-through; travel arrangements; correspondence, filing, phone messaging, expense reporting, coordinating global meeting calendar for leadership team, etc. Manage key processes including distribution of information and reports, and scheduling/oversight of functional and executive level communications and meetings. Prepare and/or edit professional documentation, presentations, spreadsheets and other correspondence. Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, organize meetings, teleconferences and agendas, handle escalated issues and manage travel budgets in a cost-effective manner. Organize Monthly Team Meetings -organize, attend & manage agenda and action items for these meetings, manage meeting logistics, publish upcoming agenda topics & action items. Manage daily executive calendars by scheduling meetings, managing communications, and resolving overlaps and conflicts. Ensure retention and confidentiality of key files and documentation. Support building and community activities as needed and provides back-up administrative support for other functions. Coordinates meetings for employees and visitors by arranging and coordinating conference rooms, ordering materials and food, etc. Prepare invoice and expense reports using Eaton’s Concur Expense Reporting Tool. Facilitate special requirements for international travel such as passports, visas, etc. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution Minimum of 2 years of Executive administrative assistance experience Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitations.
