Job Purpose:
Responsible for the overall administrative functions and oversee the support of executives. Supervise administrative staff, office managers and staff assistants, offering guidance and training while needed.
Working in supportive roles of marketing, perform duties to coordination of marketing events.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Management of executive documents for sales report.
Schedule appointments and co-ordination of meetings.
Prepare presentation materials.
Assist in administration aspects of seminars and executive meetings.
Prepare monthly management reports.
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing & company activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Assist front desk adminstration as and when required.
Any other duties assiged as required.
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both in English and Chinese.
Strong PC skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, and Commercial or equivalent preferred.
At least 2 years work experiences as secretary or administrative function
Have a detailed knowledge of company operations organizational procedures
Have a proven set of marketing skills and experience.
Strong learning abilities and can grow with changes. Shoule be a Multitasker
